Companies have started developing MR products to set patients at ease, while helping technologists have a more successful scan rate.
AVID was chosen to be a part of the special issue of HCBN for our newly developed MRI Safe headphones with Sound+ acoustic tubing. The headphones are designed with patient safety, comfort and experience in mind to enhance the patient experience and bring about a more relaxing and comfortable atmosphere via music played through the headphones. The specialized tubing also allows for the technologist to be able to better communicate with the patient.
